In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

Turning a new page in the Brompton and CHPT3 story, the latest collaboration brings a fresh dynamic to a proven partnership. One founded on fun, practicality, and high performance.

Drawing on previous three collaborations with David Millar of CHPT3, we turn to page 4, and the horizon broadens. A bike that originated as a city commuter and became a daily workhorse for David, a former pro-cyclist, is now embraced by a community who see beyond simply departing from point A and arriving at point B.

The Brompton x CHPT3 could be called an unlimited edition bike. It draws on the need for core Brompton practicality yet fulfils the desire for performance, causing you to stray from the shortest distance between two points. It’s everything you need and nothing that impedes your progress. Not a folding bike you could ride anywhere, but rather a bike that you will ride everywhere that also folds.

Brompton selected proven performance modifications such as titanium forks and rear triangle, assembled for speed without loss of comfort. The gearing is chosen to cover all bases, from quick sprints and sustained speed to steep climbs. All contact points between you and the bike, and the bike and the road deliver lightness, performance and comfort. They’ve even sourced lightweight inner tubes, which means you can focus on avoiding the shortest route to reach your destination.
