Returns

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores, you may return the items to either of our stores.

Return Items by Post

  1. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
  2. Send your package using a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to the following address.

If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and contact us and we will arrange a collection.

Please note the following:

  • a) If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.
  • b) If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £50.00 for the collection.

Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used or damaged.

We designed the Fatbar 35 to be the ultimate combination of lightness, strength and durability. The Fatbar 35 also offers the rider the widest choice, with four different rise options, to suit every bike and rider.

The Renthal Fatbar 35 is the handlebar of choice for any dh rider searching for the ultimate in control and durability making it the ultimate lightweight dh handlebar.

Features:

  • In addition to our iconic alugold hard anodised finish, this new option offers the same super durable finish achieved with the hard anodising process.
  • With all our new 35mm handlebar line, we saw the flex characteristics being of optimum importance. For all our 35mm handlebars we have matched their flex characteristics to the 31.8mm equivalent.
  • All 35mm bars have the same ride quality that renthal handlebars have become synonymous with.
  • We have achieved the same ride quality with no loss of strength or durability at a very similar weight. The only exception to this is the Fatbar 35, where we’ve reduced the weight significantly, whilst maintaining the same level the strength, durability as the smaller diameter handlebar.
  • Importantly, we have increased the width of all handlebars by 20mm, taking the Fatbar 35 to 800mm.
