The Clif Shot Bloks Energy Chews, are a semisolid, easily chew-able source of carbohydrates - your body's preferred source of fuel during activity. These no mess - no fuss Bloks are packed with carbohydrates (each Blok contains eight grams of carbs) and electrolytes but contain no fibre or protein, so they can be digested quickly and easily. And just as importantly, these Clif Shot Bloks contain no fat.

The perfect substitute for messy energy gels and fit easily in a backpack or bag. Each individual packet contains 6 chews - equivalent to two servings of traditional gels. And they come in a Fast-pack, which is as easy to carry as a gel. But unlike a gel you don't have to eat them all at once, so you keep complete control over your calorie intake over the course of your activity. The 'Tropical Punch' flavour along with 'Black Cherry' contains a 25 mg caffeine supplement.

Like all Clif products, Clif Shot Bloks contain no artificial flavours or sweeteners, and because they use pectin (a fruit extract) rather than gelatine, and they are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
